Responsibilities
Support of IT Service
< IT Service >
• HTAS O365 services & Security product support
• Other S/W Support
< Responsibility >
• Enhance IT Security base on standard align with Global compliance policy
• Design and Implement Security product
• Coordinate and support local, regional IT compliance activities across technology and business projects
• Develop IT Security checklist, check, analyst and improve the non-compliance finding
• Check & keep Availability, Maintain Security Services
• System service status report to IT Department Manager
• Problem analysis and solution report to IT Department Manager

Keep Information Security
• Comply with Global policy
• Internet Web Filtering, Anti-Virus, Operating System Security patch Control
• Data Access, Authorized Permission & Keep Control

License Control
• Check & keep License by official law

Action Plan Control
• Action Plan progress report to IT Department Manager
• PDCA report to IT Department Manager

Operation Control
• Check staff operation base on ISO Operation & Global Compliance Policy
• Check staff operation base on Authorization Matrix

Objectives
• Keep Availability and enhance for IT Security Service
• Keep Information Security
• License Control
• Action Plan Control & Achieve Target
• Keep operation Quality and Company Rules
