Responsibilities ;
-Planning with the Marketing Division on sales promotion and event planning.
-Responsible to meet sales target and effective promotion activities.
-Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
-Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
-Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
-Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
-Looking for sales increase and expansion opportunities.
-Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
-Working closely with responsible customers by sharing information, requesting event areas, etc.
-Finding and developing new customers on Traditional Trade, Wholesale and Distributor.

คุณสมบัติ (Qualification)

Qualifications ;
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.

-Aged between 40-50 years
-At least 5 years of experience in sales in Food or FMCG.
